  • Hydrocarbon potential and reservoir heterogeneity of Palaeozoic carbonate platforms in the Pricaspian Basin and Cenozoic carbonates in SE Asia.
  • Geotectonic evolution, depositional history, and stratigraphy of sedimentary basins in Central Asia and Southeast Asia.
  • Upper Palaeozoic carbonate platform margins: The paleoceanography, the sediments, the diagenesis.
