DELFT3D INPUT FILES These files accompany the paper by Burpee et al. (2015). To reproduce Delta 3 in Figure 1 of that paper using Delft3D, copy these files and the Run1 directory to your working directory, being sure to maintain the same directory tree. Set the DELFT3D WOrking Directory to the RUN1 Folder. All deltas were created with: 20 m of available sediment to erode, in equal proportion to what is being delivered to the delta; 100 sediment layers; 0.25 adjacent cell erosion; 175 Morph factor; non-equilibrium sediment delivery (6 grain sizes delivered at total of 0.1 kg/m^3); 25x25 m cells; 300x225 grid size; 6 second time step; 1000 m^3/s discharge of trunk stream; constant water level; same initial bathy; no waves, tides, Coriolis, or salinity; and Chezy = 45. Each delta was built using a unique combination of noncohesive and cohesive sediments, and a unique critical shear stress for re-erosion of the cohesive fraction: Runs 1-3: taucrit = 0.25 N/m^2 Run1: 50/50 NC/COH Delta D Run2: 10/90 NC/COH Delta G Run3: 90/10 NC/COH Delta A Runs 4-6: taucrit = 1.00 N/m^2 Run4: 50/50 NC/COH Delta E Run5: 10/90 NC/COH Delta H Run6: 90/10 NC/COH Delta B Runs 7-9: taucrit = 1.75 N/m^2 Run7: 50/50 NC/COH Delta F Run8: 10/90 NC/COH Delta I Run9: 90/10 NC/COH Delta C
