The rules for applying for an SEPM ISGC Travel Grant are:

Please submit your travel application via email with the following details to the SEPM Executive Director (hharper@sepm.org). 

To apply you must have an accepted abstract that you will present at the ISGC.  Notifications of acceptance should be out in December 2023.

Early Career members must be within five years of their most recent degree.

1. A cover page with your name, email address, institution, and physical address. Please make sure the email addresses are not live links.
2. Contact information from a reference familiar with your current work. If a student then your advisor should be your reference.
3. Full abstract
4. Grants are only for travel to the ISGC, May 2024.
5. Applicants must be SEPM Members in good standing prior to applying.
6. Forward the acceptance email as soon as you receive it if it is not available at the time of application.
7. There are limited number of grants which will be awarded based on merit and application date.
8. Grant winners may be acknowledged on SEPM promotional pages.
