Lower Cretaceous Carbonate Geology of the Edwards Plateau, San Antonio Area (AAPG/SEPM Student Trip)

Date: Saturday, April 19, departs from and returns to the Convention Center
Leaders: Lowell E. Waite (Pioneer Natural Resources), David E. Eby (Eby Petrography & Consulting), Richard B. Koepnick (consultant) and Robert T. Clarke (Consultant)
Fee: $30 for student or faculty advisor. Includes transportation, refreshments, lunch, dinner and guidebook.
Limit: 35 persons

Central Belize Mixed Margin: Long-lived Isolated Carbonate Platforms versus Young Barrier Reef and Atolls

Date: Monday, April 14 - Saturday, April 19, departs and returns to Houston Intercontinental Airport

Carboniferous Mound Architecture withini a Sequence Stratigraphic Framework: Virgilian Holder Formation and Mississippian Lake Valley Formation, Sacremento Mountains, New Mexico

Date: Thursday, April 24 - Saturday, April 26, departs and returns to El Paso Airport, El Paso, Texas.
Leaders: Xavier Janson (BEG, Jackson School of Geosciences, The University of Texas at Austin), and Steve Bachtel (ConocoPhillips)
Fee: $600 for professionals, $100 for students. Includes field transportation, two nights lodging, field refreshments, two breakfasts, three lunches, two dinners and field guide. Participants must pay their own transportation to and from El Paso. Do not make these reservations prior to confirming that the trip will take place as scheduled. SEPM, AAPG and JSG will not be responsible for refunds of this segment of the trip.
